HR360Hub Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing HR360Hub. We are committed to providing our clients with a powerful, secure, and highly customizable Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Because our platform is delivered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), we maintain a transparent policy regarding billing, cancellations, and refunds. Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
1. 7-Day Free Trial Period
We believe you should fully experience the value of HR360Hub before committing financially.
- We offer a 7-day free trial or access to a dedicated demo environment to evaluate our platform's modules, including Core HR, ATS, payroll tracking, and our HubAI capabilities.
- No charges are processed during a promotional trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial without incurring any fees.
2. Refund Window (14 Calendar Days)
- Eligibility Window: Customers may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of the initial paid transaction.
- Renewal Charges: Customers may also request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of a subscription renewal charge.
- Outside Window: Refund requests submitted after the 14-calendar-day window are not eligible under this policy.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, use one of the methods below so we can validate the transaction and timeline.
- Receipt Link: Use the "View Receipt" or "Manage Subscription" link provided in your transaction email.

- Required Details: Please include your organization name, purchaser email, transaction date, and reason for the request.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved, funds are returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Processing Time: Refunds are initiated without undue delay and are typically processed within 14 days after approval.
- Payment Method: Refunds are returned to the same payment method wherever technically possible.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals.
- Cancellation Effect: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
- No Future Charges: Once canceled, no additional renewal charges will be applied to the subscription.
6. Policy Relationship & Updates
For Paddle-processed transactions, Paddle buyer and refund terms govern eligibility and processing. HR360Hub may update this policy from time to time to remain aligned with legal and payment-provider requirements.
